Job summary

Realtech Engineering Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced project manager to oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects in Singapore.

You will handle estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and progress billing while leading the project team and coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities. You will develop detailed construction plans and timelines to ensure efficient execution within cost and time

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with PUB & HDB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of projects (estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, billing).
• Liaise with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Lead and work closely with the project team.
• Develop detailed construction plans and timelines to ensure efficient execution within cost and time targets.
• Manage manpower allocation and resource planning.
• Monitor project costing, budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
• Resolve unexpected technical, manpower, and material issues.
• Experience in plumbing and sanitary works for HDB BTO/EC projects is highly preferred.
