Job summary

PVH is seeking a Project Manager with construction and main contractor experience to oversee civil and structural projects in Singapore. The role requires leading planning, design and on-site execution to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/architectural works, and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with proven managerial capabilities and a track record in delivering complex development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Engineering-related field.
• 10+ years of working experience in construction/engineering.
• Managerial experience in civil/construction/structural projects preferred.
• Experience in structural and architectural works is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and direct construction activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of development works.
• Present management reports on project progress, personnel performance and issues with effective solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents and report to management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred
