Job summary

SENG JOO HUAT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross-discipline teams, delegate tasks, and resolve issues to meet project requirements and deadlines. The role requires strong communication with clients and consultants, ability to read drawings, and a proactive, deadline-driven mindset.

You will manage multiple projects on site, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards while maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must be responsible and accountable.
• Adaptive and quick to handle challenges on site.
• Excellent communication with clients/IDs/consultants/subcons/vendors etc.
• Able to multi-task and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Handle stress and tight deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related tools.
• Reading drawings is essential.
• Dynamic, self-driven, proactive with construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure alignment with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Delegate tasks to project team members best positioned to complete them.
• Meet with project team to identify and resolve issues.
• Serve as main contact when multiple projects run to keep actions in sync.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure quality compliance.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests with schedule and budget impact awareness.
• Adjust schedule and targets as needed without compromising client expectations.
• Communicate with Project Director to align with goals and handover timelines.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transition.
• Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
