Job summary

Qualifications

• Tenant improvement construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: manage all phases from design to handover.
• Cost and Budget Control: track expenditures and keep projects within budget.
• Time Management: create plans and monitor progress.
• Client Communication: maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Risk and Quality Management: identify risks and enforce quality standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: produce monthly progress reports and maintain documentation.
