Frontier Force Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale building construction projects on-site. The role requires deep experience in project planning, scheduling and delivery within time, budget, and client expectations.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of post-graduate experience in building construction or a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management of building construction, with solid knowledge of structural, architectural and M&E works

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science or Quantity Surveying recognized by professional bodies or authorities.
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate working experience in large-scale building construction or minimum 5 years' experience in project management of building construction.
• Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural and M&E works.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team leader with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Project planning, schedule and delivering projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations.
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for flawless project execution.
• Ensure project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure project is executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations.
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and track progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters.

Formação académica

Degree in Architecture, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science or Quantity Surveying

• Proven at least 10 years of working experience in large scale project management
• Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural and M&E works
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent team leader with ability to meet deadlines
