Job summary

SATIATE INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Lead to oversee the execution of building projects in Singapore. You will manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout project execution.

You will liaise with clients, hire and manage subcontractors, and monitor progress, costs, and safety to keep projects on time and within budget. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion of building works
• Liaise with clients to communicate project progress and address concerns effectively
• Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers to maintain workforce efficiency
• Monitor project progress, costs, and safety to ensure compliance with standards and budgets
• Conduct quality inspections to verify adherence to specifications and regulations
• Prepare detailed site reports, designs, and drawings to support project documentation and decision-making
• Maintain quality control checks to uphold construction standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and laborers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues
