SD E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality standards, client requirements, and Singapore regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives, supervise site operations, monitor progress, and maintain safety and quality across all stages of the project.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, WSH, BCA, and MOM requirements.
• Experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other PM software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion to achieve timely and quality delivery.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives.
• Supervise site operations to enforce safety protocols and ensure efficient work execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, BCA, MOM, and other statutory regulations to maintain safety standards.
• Prepare and review budgets, cost estimates, procurement plans, and progress claims.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, variation orders, and correspondence.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and technical coordination meetings to maintain alignment.
• Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Review and approve subcontractor work, invoices, and project deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Prepare project completion reports, handover documentation, and defect management plans.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and site personnel.
