Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Master and Short-term Construction Programmes to meet milestones
• Evaluate construction techniques and method statements for efficiency and safety
• Perform simple design calculations to support technical decisions
• Oversee daily project operations to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly
• Supervise and monitor progress to ensure alignment with plans and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical problems on site to minimize delays and costs
• Coordinate subcontractors across projects for seamless collaboration
• Enforce Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards
• Enforce safety regulations and housekeeping at the site
• Manage processing and finalization of claims for project closure
