Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction project coordinator to oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You will manage schedules, monitor progress, and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. The role requires a diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical or structural engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• 1 year of relevant experience in construction/engineering/project delivery.
• Experience in planning, executing and monitoring project activities to meet schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and method statements; comfortable liaising with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and supervise site operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Project management: Develop and manage construction schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure project completion within time and budget constraints.
• Site operations: Conduct site inspections, manage daily site operations, and ensure construction works adhere to approved drawings, quality procedures, and EHS requirements.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, discuss project requirements, and manage stakeholder communication.
• Reporting and documentation: Prepare project reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure all necessary records and submissions are handled correctly and on time.
• Quality and safety: Implement and maintain quality control procedures and ensure strict compliance with EHS regulations and best practices.
• Resource management: Determine project resource requirements and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
