Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator (Construction) in Singapore to support site operations at Woodlands and project sites. The role is on-site with a 6-day work week (Mon–Sat), 8am–5pm with overtime when required.

Requirements include at least 2 years in construction and a driving license (2B or Class 3). You will coordinate site surveys, permits, manpower, materials, and budget monitoring to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Possess 2B or Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts site surveys and liaises with client project officers to align requirements.
• Initiates projects by requesting NCE applications and permits before work on site.
• Attends site meetings with authorities and client project officers.
• Manages manpower allocation across project sites.
• Monitors workers' hours and minimises overtime.
• Ensures materials, equipment, and transport are available at sites.
