Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Project Coordinator (Construction) to oversee field operations at Woodlands and at project sites.

You will coordinate site surveys, liaise with client project officers, coordinate permits, and supervise logistics to keep projects on schedule. Working days are six per week (Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm) with overtime. Candidates need at least 2 years in construction and a valid 2B or Class 3 driving license, with responsibilities spanning manpower,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the construction industry.
• Possess a 2B or Class 3 driving license.
• Willing to work six days per week (Mon-Sat) 8am–5pm with OT.

Responsibilities

• Conducts site surveys and liaises with Client’s project officers to discuss project requirements.
• Initiates projects by requesting NCE applications and other relevant permits before work starts at each site.
• Attends site meetings with relevant authorities and clients' project officers.
• Manages manpower allocation across project sites to meet project needs.
• Monitors workers' day-to-day hours and minimises overtime.
• Manages logistics including lorries and tipper trucks for material delivery and soil disposal.
• Ensures teams have adequate materials before commencing work.
• Tracks progress to ensure projects stay on target and within budget.
