Job summary

SMCC Overseas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a site professional to manage construction projects in Singapore from planning to completion. You will ensure delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality, while maintaining a safe and compliant site environment.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with prior Singapore construction industry exposure considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in the Singapore Construction industry is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full life-cycle of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost and quality requirements
• Establish and maintain a conducive site environment with methodology which complies with the safety, environmental, welfare and security provision.
• Execute, monitor and Control the site progress to see that the task are executed as planned.
• Resolve site construction issues related to temporary or permanent work.
• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost and quality requirements
• Study tender and construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand and implement project requirements
• Monitor site progress against targets and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve technical issues.
