• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and monitoring project schedules, work sequences, and progress updates.
• Coordinate and resolve technical design matters with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Review construction drawings and specs for constructability and compliance.
• Support preparation and submission of technical documents, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants and clients to clarify design issues.
• Liaise with site teams to ensure design intent is implemented during construction.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation measures.
• Maintain project records, drawings, correspondences, and approvals.
• Support quality control to ensure works meet approved design and standards.
