Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in construction planning and coordination for building projects.
• Technical: Knowledge in structural and civil works; proficient with Primavera P6, Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with bar charts and diagrams.
• Progress update against baseline throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate sub-contractors, vendors and departments to meet schedules, anticipate labour/material/equipment demands.
• Produce monthly progress reports and support progress claims.
