BULLET ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee daily project operations on site, coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure timely completion.

You will manage manpower, materials, schedules, cost estimates, and reports while maintaining budgets and quality. Strong leadership and independent work ability are essential, as is proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction operations experience.
• Knowledge of project coordination, costing and procurement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily project operations and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage manpower, materials, project schedules and administrative activities related to construction and installation works.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project reports.
• Monitor project budgets, quality, and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, cost control, quality standards, and timely completion of assigned projects.
