Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company and coordinate construction-related activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower to different project sites according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on work progress with site teams.
• Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist in planning project resources, materials, and equipment to support operational needs.
• Work closely with various departments to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
• Support management in reviewing operational performance and implementing process improvements.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the management.
