Job summary

• Demonstrate at least 15 years of construction experience, including a minimum of 10 years managing large water/wastewater treatment plant projects and similarly complex contracts.

• Assist the Lead Resident Engineer in overseeing construction and commissioning activities, including processing contractor claims such as progress payments, variations, and extension requests.
• Coordinate work between the Design Team and Contractors to ensure alignment in scheduling, cost control, document management, and quality assurance implementation.
• Review and update contractor schedules to reflect project progress and contract cost status accurately.
• Manage quality assurance and safety compliance for the project and supervise the Consultant’s site supervision team.
