Job summary

talent trader group pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, plan resources, maintain safety performance, and manage variations while preserving strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Independent and proactive, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction project execution in line with approved drawings, specs, client requirements, schedules, budgets and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction project execution, ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve project issues, clarify requirements, and maintain smooth project progress.
• Plan and coordinate work areas, manpower, and resources to support subcontractor activities and minimise delays or downtime.
• Work with the site safety team to maintain safe working practices and support the achievement of strong site safety performance.
• Monitor additional works, maintain accurate records for variation claims, and manage project resources efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage resources effectively.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure while managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
