Job summary

MCC Engineering Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee planning, cost control, and client liaison on complex construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate site management teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met from conception to completion. The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance, and thorough reporting of progress and costs. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of construction experience is required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Senior Executive level preferred in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
• Ensure effective cost controls in accordance with company guidelines.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project requirements and execution.
• Plan, control and coordination of site management team to meet project requirements within stipulated time.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Review the work progress on daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
