Job summary

JEL Maintenance Pte Ltd on Jurong Island seeks an experienced Site Construction Lead to manage on-site activities, ensure compliance with project plans and specifications, review technical documents, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 25+ years in Pharma/ Thermal Power Plant construction, testing and commissioning, and strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of international codes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 25+ years of Pharma/ Thermal Power Plant construction, testing and commissioning experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
