The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 25+ years in Pharma/ Thermal Power Plant construction, testing and commissioning, and strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of international codes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 25+ years of Pharma/ Thermal Power Plant construction, testing and commissioning experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Review and ensure implementation of technical documents and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on project progress, cost, and quality.
• Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Lead monthly project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely submission of documents and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
