• Monitor onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment, and manage inventory to support efficient construction operations.
• Ensure all contractual conditions of performance are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review daily work progress to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare detailed internal and external reports on job status to inform stakeholders and support decision-making.
• Plan proactively to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues to minimize project disruptions.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses to facilitate project execution.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks to safeguard project objectives and resources.
• Enforce quality construction standards and ensure the use of proper construction techniques for durable outcomes.
