Job summary

En-Syst Equipment & Services is seeking an HSE Coordinator to manage day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental functions across worksites and premises in Singapore. You will proactively identify risks and ensure compliance with the WSH Act and related regulations, protecting employees and company assets.

The role requires hands-on experience, strong documentation practices, and effective communication with supervisors, staff and clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years HSE experience in Construction industry.
Knowledge of Lifting Operation and Confined Space Operation.
Proficient in Risk Management procedures.
Proficient with MS 365 Applications.
Possess own transportation.
Exceptional written and communication skills.
Resourceful team player and strong organisation skills.

Responsibilities

Act as internal SME ensuring project execution and premises comply with WSH Act and regulations.
Serve as HSE liaison with clients and support reports to meet contractual HSE requirements.
Coordinate and support incident investigations and CAPA actions.
Review site Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and related docs for compliance.
Facilitate open communication to uphold safety standards on site.
Provide other essential WSH support and coordination as directed by Corporate HSE.
