Aufgaben

• Oversee technical planning, engineering coordination, and design management for construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review engineering designs, construction methodologies, temporary works proposals, and buildability assessments.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to address technical issues and facilitate project progress.
• Manage the preparation and review of shop drawings, method statements, technical submissions, and construction-related documents.
• Ensure technical solutions comply with project specifications, applicable regulations, authority requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Identify engineering risks and recommend practical solutions to minimise construction delays and improve project performance.
• Coordinate design development and resolve technical discrepancies affecting construction schedules.
• Lead value engineering exercises to enhance constructability, optimise costs, and improve construction efficiency.
• Support project and site teams in planning construction sequences, temporary works, and resource allocation.
• Monitor statutory submissions, permits, and approval processes to ensure timely project implementation.
• Maintain compliance with company quality systems, ISO standards, and EHS requirements.
• Promote the effective use of BIM and digital construction tools to improve design coordination and project delivery.
• Provide technical reports and updates to senior management.
• Guide and develop engineering and technical personnel.
