Job summary

Z3 Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction & Engineering Management professional to supervise site works, review drawings, and coordinate with main contractors and authorities in Singapore.

You will plan progress, monitor resources, ensure safety and compliance with WSH, MOM, BCA, and deliver daily reports, testing coordination, and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction and engineering works at project sites.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Plan and monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Prepare and review method statements, RA, SWP and other construction documents.
• Monitor site quality and ensure works comply with project requirements and relevant Singapore standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure safe and proper work practices.
• Monitor project costs, variations, progress claims and material usage.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and other project documentation.
• Coordinate testing, inspection and submission of necessary documents.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, MOM, BCA and other relevant Singapore regulations.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and completion of works within the required timeframe.
