Job summary

AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE LTD is seeking a capable Construction Coordinator to manage project documents, drawings, submissions and correspondence in Singapore. You will maintain document registers, ensure revision control, track submissions and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and site personnel.

You will ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are distributed, assist with project administration and document handover, and work both independently and as part of a team while

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience in construction coordination.
• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, submissions and correspondence.
• Maintain document registers, filing systems and revision control.
• Track document submissions, approvals and revisions.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
