Thales Group in Singapore seeks a Configuration Management leader to drive CM discipline across programs. You will define CM scope in bids, manage baselines, and coordinate with customers, partners and suppliers to ensure build-to-spec and design-to-spec delivery.
You will establish CMPs and lead CCB activities, ensuring robust CM across the product lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, experience with PLM tools (Windchill/Teamcenter), and knowledge of relevant standards.

Graduate Technical or Business qualification(s) or equivalent in a related area of Configuration Management.
For a graduate experience in a related technical discipline or at least extensive experience in Configuration Management. Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management. Demonstrated communication skills. Solid experience with Tools such as PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent Knowledge of configuration Management standards & processes. Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and coordination skills. Knowledge of the Systems Engineering discipline
Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Customer Service Engineering. Relevant experience in standards such as SAE EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61B, ISO 10007, etc Team management. Transversal management. Knowledge of the product.
