Job summary

WeAreAspire is seeking a Conference Producer to develop and deliver high-impact conference programmes across Southeast Asia. You will own the conference as a commercial product, from agenda development and speaker acquisition to sponsorship revenue, delegate sales and on-site delivery.

Key responsibilities include securing senior speakers, creating sponsorship opportunities, managing the content budget and delivering strong delegate engagement and revenue results in a fast-paced regional setting.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in conference production, B2B events, exhibitions or media.
• Proven experience developing agendas and securing senior speakers.
• Strong commercial and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and project management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional environment with regular travel.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality.

• Research and secure senior-level speakers, experts and industry partners.
