Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Conference Producer to develop high-impact conference programmes across Southeast Asia. You will own the conference as a commercial product, from agenda development and speaker acquisition to sponsorship revenue, delegate sales and on-site delivery.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in conference production or B2B events, strong budget management, and excellent communication and project management skills, with willingness to travel regionally.

Conference Producer

We are looking for a Conference Producer to develop and deliver high-impact conference programmes supporting major trade shows across Southeast Asia.

This isn't just a content role as you will own the conference as a commercial product, from agenda development and speaker acquisition to sponsorship revenue, delegate sales and on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling conference agendas based on market trends, buyer needs and industry priorities.
• Research and secure senior-level speakers, experts and industry partners.
• Create sponsorship opportunities and work closely with sales to generate revenue.
• Own the content budget and track delegate and sponsorship revenue.
• Manage production, AV, speakers and on-site conference delivery.

• Proven experience developing agendas and securing senior speakers.
