MCST 2604 – NorthOaks Condominium is seeking a dedicated Condominium In-House Technician to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and minor repairs of common property, facilities and equipment to keep them safe and in good working order.

You will inspect lighting, pumps and plumbing, coordinate with contractors, record maintenance logs, and respond to emergencies, with walkable estate duties and safety first.

Formación

• Must have practical technical training or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferably some experience in condominium, building or facilities maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot common defects and determine when specialist assistance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out routine inspections of common areas, lighting, pumps, plumbing, drainage, doors and recreational facilities.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and report defects or abnormal operation.
• Take and record utility meter readings as required.
• Attend to water leaks, minor plumbing blockages, lighting issues, doors and related hardware.
• Coordinate with contractors, monitor work progress and report safety concerns.
