Job summary

SPRINGLIFE MAINTENANCE SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Condominium Multi-Skilled Cleaner cum Machine Operator to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across residential condominium premises.

You will perform general cleaning and operate machinery to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and visitors. No prior experience is required as training is provided. Willingness to work outdoors, be physically fit, and reliable are essential.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning of common areas including lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, clubhouse, gym, function rooms and management office.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum and polish floors.
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery as listed.
• Clean outdoor areas and car parks as required.
• Collect and dispose of refuse per site procedures.
