Job summary

SPRINGLIFE MAINTENANCE SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Condominium General Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the condominium's common areas in Singapore.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum, polish floors, clean glass, wipe surfaces, empty bins, and assist in outdoor areas across multiple condo sites. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Able to communicate basic English/Malay/Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, function rooms, gym, clubhouse, management office, and other shared facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Clean glass panels, windows, mirrors, handrails, and doors.
• Empty rubbish bins and replace bin liners.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, including replenishing soap, tissue paper, and other consumables.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Assist in cleaning outdoor areas such as walkways, drop-off points, and surrounding compound.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
• Perform any other cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.
