Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Intern to join its team in Singapore. The role targets a master's student specializing in ML with a focus on computer vision, to develop and optimize AI models for image extraction and feature processing.

You will work with Research Engineers on proofs of concept and demonstrators, leveraging Python, PyTorch, and OpenCV, and you will practice version control with Git across GitHub and GitLab in a full-time, internship-like environment.

Qualifications

• Master's student in ML/Computer Vision or closely related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with PyTorch and OpenCV.
• Good understanding of CV models and image processing.
• Version control with Git; familiarity with GitHub/GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI models for image extraction.
• Perform feature extraction on facial images datasets.
• Convert extracted features into usable formats for downstream processing.
• Collaborate with Research Engineers to advance PoCs and demonstrators.

• Looking for a master's student in the area of Machine Learning with a focus on Computer Vision
• Develop and optimize AI models for image extraction. Perform feature extraction on facial images dataset.
• Convert extracted features into meaningful format useful for further processing
• Work with Research Engineers to further develop the Proof of concepts / Demonstrators

• Strong understanding of Python and ML Libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Sci-kit learn)
• Experience with Pytorch, OpenCV
• Good Understanding of Computer Vision models and image processing
• Version control with git and Github/Gitlab
• Ability to research and work with minimal supervision
