Job Responsibilities
1. Tax and Finance Management
- Responsible for local tax filings in Singapore (including GST, IRAS corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.), ensuring compliance and optimizing tax costs。
- Handle daily tax and finance affairs, including voucher entry, invoice review, and process optimization for expense reimbursement。
- Assist in preparing monthly/annual tax and finance reports, provide support for management decision‑making analysis。
2. Cross‑departmental and External Collaboration
- Liaise with relevant Singaporean authorities (including but not limited to ACRA, IRAS, GST filing system, etc.), follow up on company registration, annual report submission, tax planning, etc. Track local preferential policies and apply for corporate incentives。
- Liaise with local banks in Singapore, apply for bank credit facilities and open bank accounts, and support the company's business plans by applying for financial products such as standby letters of credit and financing。
- Liaise with the company secretary on relevant matters and ensure their timely progression。
- Collaborate with the finance team at the group headquarters to complete cross‑border fund transfers, related party transaction filings, and other special tasks。
3. Audit and Internal Controls
- Support external audits by providing vouchers, schedules, reports, and assisting in drafting financial statements and reviewing final versions; assist with internal audits initiated by the Group by providing necessary documentation。
4. Administrative and Comprehensive Support
- Assist the general manager in handling daily operational affairs of the Singapore company (such as contract review, office equipment procurement)。
- Manage company document archives to ensure compliance and proper filing of documents。
- Coordinate local employee travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and other logistical support。
Job Requirments
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related disciplines。
- CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred。
2. Experience
- At least 3 years of finance and tax experience preferred。
- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax rules。
- Experience in Chinese corporations is an advantage。
3. Skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office。
- Familiar with financial consolidation and reporting workflows。
4. Language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin。
