Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a diligent Compliance Investigator to join the regulatory affairs team. The role focuses on examining market misconduct complaints and ensuring timely follow-up actions with accuracy and integrity.

You will liaise with MAS and government agencies, maintain compliance policies, and cover team-leader duties when needed. A compliance diploma or business/finance degree and investigative experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in compliance or degree in business/finance (or equivalent).
• Experience in compliance or investigation background from law enforcement agencies.
• Knowledge of FAA and MAS notices/guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations related to market misconduct complaints and follow-up actions.
• Perform market conduct compliance reviews, monitor and implement follow-up actions.
• Liaise with the regulator and relevant government agencies.
• Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of distribution compliance activities.
• Cover duties of team leader and members in his/her absence.
• Any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.
