Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Consultant role based in Singapore. The Compliance Consultant will advise manage e-government services access, help design and implement compliance frameworks, and support ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments across major financial centers. Daily responsibilities include regulatory e-government filings, conducting regulatory research, drafting policies and procedures, preparing compliance reports, and reviewing client documentation for adherence to applicable rules. The consultant will contribute to internal knowledge sharing and support the development of best practices and compliance tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills, with experience interpreting and applying financial regulations.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to assess regulatory impact, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex compliance matters clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance, preferably with exposure to alternative asset management or broader capital markets.
• Relevant experience in regulatory consulting, in-house compliance, or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Law, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-border environment, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, FRM, CFA, or equivalent regulatory/compliance qualifications) are an advantage.
• As part of our client base are mandarin and cantonese speakers, language skills in Cantonese and Mandarin are beneficial.
