Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks a Business Analyst to support the compliance department, focusing on replacing the transaction filtering system using Firco, including sanction list management. AML awareness and regulatory know-how are essential, with close coordination across branches, head office and other departments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in banking, English proficiency, and strong documentation skills with PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years' hands-on experience in banking with FIRCO and AML screening.
• Strong written and spoken English with good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design the To-Be process based on As-Is inputs with multiple stakeholders.
• Plan and manage schedules for compliance user tasks.
• Translate business requirements to IT and external vendors.
• Explain new systems and updated workflows to branches and head office.
