Job summary

Percept Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong FircoSoft experience to support AML/Financial Crime Compliance initiatives in Singapore. You will gather requirements, document user stories, and work with Compliance, IT and operations teams.

You will lead or support FircoSoft implementation, coordinate with vendors, participate in SIT/UAT, and help ensure regulatory alignment and smooth production deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with FircoSoft / Firco Continuity or related screening solutions.
• Experience in AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring or financial crime compliance.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Implementation Consultant or Functional Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Gather, analyse and document requirements for FircoSoft/Firco Continuity or related screening solutions.
• Support FircoSoft implementation, migration, upgrade and integration projects.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and coordinate with technical teams and partners.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management and production deployment activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks and dependencies where needed.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements in AML/Financial Crime.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong FircoSoft experience to support projects and initiatives within the AML / Financial Crime Compliance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, Compliance, AML, Operations and Technology teams to understand business requirements.
• Gather, analyse and document functional and business requirements for FircoSoft/Firco Continuity or related screening solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Manage or support FircoSoft implementation, enhancement, migration, upgrade and integration projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Perform impact analysis and support solution design and validation.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, release and deployment activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies where acting in a Project Manager capacity.
• Work with Compliance/AML stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Support production implementation, post-go-live activities and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with FircoSoft / Firco Continuity or related Firco screening solutions.
• Experience in AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring or financial crime compliance.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Implementation Consultant or Functional Consultant.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience with system implementation, enhancement, integration, migration or upgrade projects.
• Good understanding of financial crime compliance processes and screening workflows.
• Experience working with banks or financial institutions would be highly advantageous.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, defect management and production implementation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
