Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring under headcount and you will be deployed to Buona Vista, Singapore. The role covers compensation and benefits admin, finance and vendor admin, and general administrative support. It is a 6-month contract with a salary up to SGD 3,500 per month.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher, with strong Excel proficiency and solid numerical, data management, and attention to detail skills, plus good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher education is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical and data management abilities.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for compensation exercises, including salary reviews, bonus payments, allowances, and other remuneration-related activities.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of compensation and benefits information.
• Prepare employment-related documents, including salary adjustment, bonus, and allowance letters, where required.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programmes and respond to routine benefits-related enquiries.
• Support the preparation of reports, analysis, and documentation.
