Job summary

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities in Singapore invites applications for a Nursing Aide. You will assist doctors and registered nurses in simple procedures, document observations and vital signs, and report changes to the nurse on duty.

Responsibilities

Assist doctors and registered nurses in simple procedures.
Document, monitor and record observations of residents and their vital signs and report changes to the registered nurse.
Supervise or assist residents in daily living activities (e.g. grooming).
Escort residents for medical appointments.
Guide residents to participate in development and recreational programmes.
Provide general supervision of residents.
