Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is looking for a Home Healthcare Assistant to provide basic care to patients at home, including bathing, grooming, feeding, ADLs, mobility support and meal assistance. Previous HCA experience is preferred.

You will monitor wellbeing, maintain care records and report changes to the healthcare team or family, ensuring safety and comfort. The role requires empathy and reliability, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA).
• Experience in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and support to patients at home, including Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and toileting.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers and positioning while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide companionship, meal assistance and medication reminders as instructed by the care team.
• Monitor patients’ well-being, maintain care records and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team or family members.
