Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking compassionate healthcare assistants for the Inpatient Wards & Emergency Department (ED). Training and uniforms will be provided as you join our healthcare team.

Requirements include at least 1 year of healthcare experience, PSLE or equivalent, basic English, and a willingness to work weekends and public holidays with rotating shifts. Duties are patient-facing and hands-on in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in healthcare.
• PSLE or equivalent; basic English required.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays (as rostered).
• Able to commit to rotating shifts.
• Comfortable with hands-on, patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard precautions and wear PPE as required.
• Rinse and prepare used instruments and equipment for cleaning and sterilisation.
• Assist in assembling simple instrument sets.
• Ensure sterilised items are properly stored on designated shelves.
• Load and unload medical supplies and equipment from sterilization machines.
• Clean and maintain sterilisers and sterile processing equipment.
• Handle waste according to hospital guidelines.
• Dispose of dirty laundry according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the department.
• Perform pottering duties when required.
• Carrying out other duties assigned by the department supervisor.
