Job summary

Responsibilities include building partnerships, managing events, budgeting, and reporting on impact, while ensuring privacy and compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree or Master in a relevant field.
• At least two years of experience in community engagement, program coordination, event planning, or related role.
• Experience in Nursing Home or Active Aging or innovation-related projects is a plus.
• Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well with various levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local community organizations, senior centres, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
• Foster partnerships and collaborations to enhance visibility and reputation.
• Represent the Nursing Home/Day Centre at external meetings and events.
• Lead organization development projects with HQ departments and external agencies.
• Develop and manage fundraising strategies and donor relationships.
• Organize fundraising events from planning to execution and evaluation.
• Monitor and report on fundraising performance and impact.
• Coordinate corporate communication and internal staff updates.
