Job summary

Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) is seeking a dedicated coordinator to plan, implement and review community programmes and activities for seniors. You will lead physical activity sessions, ensure safety, record attendance and manage programme materials at the centre.

You will also support community outreach, case work, and grant submissions, while assisting the Centre Lead with budgets, KPIs/OKRs, and coordinating volunteers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in G-suite is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Curate, conduct, evaluate and review programmes and activities.
• Lead and conduct Physical Activities including motion exercises, mobility training and strength conditioning.
• Perform pre/post program functionality assessments.
• Ensure the safety of the participants.
• Record attendance and registration of existing and new seniors.
• Take vital signs of seniors.
• Produce program materials.
• Identify and approach seniors to participate in activities at the centre.
• Interact with and engage seniors to develop a supportive relationship with the seniors.
• Assist Centre Lead to plan, conduct, evaluate and review Community Outreach to seniors.
• Conduct case work management and to apply for relevant social grants/schemes.
• Assist Centre Lead/Manager in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of Centre KPIs/OKRs, preparation of grant submission to sponsors, manage and support volunteers.
