Job summary

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Community Audiology – Assistant Coordinator to support audiologists and technicians in clinical and administrative duties. You will help manage patient flow, assist in hearing aid services, and ensure a high standard of care in community clinics.

The role involves triaging patients, providing counselling on hearing aids, and coordinating appointments while maintaining accurate records in the NUH system.

Qualifications

• Diploma in science-related fields required or preferred.
• In-house training by senior audiologists or NUS MSc Audiology program encouraged.
• Fresh graduates welcome; real-world clinical experience 1 year+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinic operations and front counter services.
• Triaging patients and counselling on hearing aid styles and costs.
• Troubleshoot hearing aids and arrange repairs.
• Conduct basic audiological assessments (otoscopy, tympanometry).
• Schedule patient appointments using NUH system and respond to inquiries.
