Job summary

The International French School in Singapore invites a motivated Communications/Event Management intern to support planning, promotion, and execution of school events. You will craft visual content, write promotional materials, and manage real-time coverage for the school’s activities and celebrations.

You will collaborate across teams to design, organize, and deliver at least 20 events, coordinate sponsors, manage logistics, and assist post-event evaluations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Communications, Event Management, Marketing or PR.
• Internship/experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Asana, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design posters, flyers, banners, and digital assets for events.
• Draft articles and press releases to promote school events and achievements.
• Create real-time content for the school website and social media.
• Assist end-to-end event planning for 20+ events (concerts, fairs, conferences).
• Coordinate logistics, sponsors, venues, catering, and materials.
• Support on-site operations, signage, vendor management, and post-event reports.
