The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a Marine-related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include assisting in bids, managing budgets, and ensuring contract compliance with proactive communication to the project team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all new construction projects and bids.
• Oversee project budgets.
• Communicate contractual obligations with the project team.

• Communicate with the project/site team to make sure they comprehend and follow the responsibilities under contracts and the effects on business.
• Make certain that any engineering modification that affects commerce is recorded and updated.
• Examine the shipyard's and vendors' quotes and site instructions.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes for equipment needed for the creation of new vessels.
• Create efficient workflows for the site crew, project assistance, and business/finance.
• Make certain that the current PR and PO are escalated promptly.
• The weekly commercial report is updated.
