Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or regulated industries.
- Experience managing external manufacturers, alliances, distributors or partnerships.
- Strong contract management & negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial engagement with external manufacturing partners and strategic distributors across APAC.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, amendments and partner governance activities.
- Drive manufacturing transfers, partner transitions and onboarding projects.
- Monitor partner performance, service levels, supply reliability and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Support business planning, forecasting, cost optimisation and value creation initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic projects including business development and network optimisation.

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organisation with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. The business partners with healthcare providers, distributors and manufacturing organisations to bring high-quality medicines to patients across multiple markets.
Reporting to a senior regional leadership team, you will:
- Lead commercial engagement with external manufacturing partners and strategic distributors across APAC
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, amendments and partner governance activities
- Drive manufacturing transfers, partner transitions and onboarding projects
- Monitor partner performance, service levels, supply reliability and contractual obligations
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Support business planning, forecasting, cost optimisation and value creation initiatives
- Contribute to strategic projects including business development activities, network optimisation and integration programmes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related discipline
- At least 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or related regulated industries
- Proven experience managing external manufacturers, strategic alliances, distributors or commercial partnerships
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across regional markets
- Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, forecasting and commercial performance drivers
- Experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain teams
- Track record of leading complex transition, integration or partnership projects
- Regional leadership role with significant commercial influence across APAC
- Opportunity to shape strategic manufacturing and partnership frameworks
- Exposure to senior executives and key decision-makers across the organisation
