Qualifications

• Acknowledged maritime education and/or related sea experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize the fleet's commercial operations.
• Communicate with vessel owners and charterers.
• Maintain communication with the Fleet Cell regarding operational needs.
• Oversee crew work on the vessel and cargo loading/unloading.
• Monitor vessel equipment for cargo preparation.
• Notify management of occurrences and concerns.
• Engage with fleet cell for dry dock requirements.
• Uphold high ship management standards.
• Manage client relationships proactively.
