Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking an experienced Singapore-based attorney to draft, negotiate, and manage inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts and DPAs. You will collaborate with product, engineering, security, and other teams to embed privacy by design and support cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Licensed Singapore-based attorney with strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Experience negotiating data protection agreements and advising on data privacy.
Experience with SaaS agreements and vendor/partner arrangements.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate technology-related commercial agreements including master services, SaaS, DPA, and NDAs.
Review and structure vendor and partnership agreements as needed.
Design and implement AI initiatives, policies, and processes for the legal team.
